Using CVE+ and Coral Power Food to make a pellet feed
We’ve been doing some further testing for you and your corals to find alternative and unconventional ways that you can use CVE+ with greater benefits or ease of use.
First up we’d like to show you a little trick with the Coral Power Food for giving a huge amount of food to a particular coral in one hit while still benefiting from the easy to digest smaller particles that the the food offers.
Simply get a couple of scoops of the food into a small mixing bowl and add CVE+ drop-wise until you can make a firm paste. Roll the paste into small balls (maximum pea size) and let sit for 5 mins to set. In the meantime, add some powdered food to the aquarium as you normally would to entice the corals to open up and be ready to grab the enriched balls of Coral Power Food.
The corals can then take in as much of the food as they want and let the rest go back to the water column where other corals will eat the now dispersed particles.
